On the 22nd of September 2023, MAF UK launches its first ever 10k Runway Run, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

We are doing this to raise awareness and funds for our vital African medical evacuation flights!

Every year MAF carry out many medical evacuation (medevac) flights within the African region, for isolated and vulnerable people who live far from hospitals and in places with no ambulance service. People like Mbola in Madagascar, who had acute kidney failure and had to be carefully flown to the capital for specialist care.

We are looking for runners of all abilities to take on our 10-kilometre Runway Run, in which you can have the truly unique experience of running on a working tarmacked runway after hours!

Will YOU help raise vital funds through a sponsored run to allow MAF to continue flying medevacs, which save countless lives?

All money raised will fund our African medevac/medical flights, and so wed love you to aim to reach at least £1,000 through your sponsorship. You have the chance to make a big difference to many lives by funding these flights.

(If overall funds over exceed the expected amount, then donations will go to where is most needed)
