Dozens of runners will be taking on the world's biggest half marathon on Sunday September 7th in aid of patient care at Saint Catherine's!

Runners will start in the centre of Newcastle and finish in South Shields after running over 13 miles!

If you are looking for a challenge in 2025 we still have limited spaces for the Great North Run. Guarantee your place in the worlds biggest half marathon on Sunday 7th September 2025 by running for Saint Catherine's during our Ruby Anniversary Year!
