The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe award winning SAMH Stomp is back this World Mental Health Day, 10 October. We will be taking over BT Murrayfield for the day and asking our amazing participants to take part in one of three routes around the stairs of the stadium bowl to raise vital funds for Scotland's mental health.
Participants choose to either take on the Classic Stomp of 4,200 stairs, the Extreme Stomp at 7,400 stairs or, new for this year, the Ultimate Stomp at a whopping 22,500 stairs! We want the event to be as accessible as possible so, with some training, even non athletes can take on this one of a kind challenge.
We're so grateful to each and every person who signs up to take part and helps us to raise as much money as we can to support mental health in Scotland. We'd love you to join us too or if stair climbing is not for you and you have a loved one taking part, please come along and cheer them on.
