Are you ready to dive back in? Our Sea Splash is making waves again in 2026! Building from last year’s success, we’ll be hosting a sea splash at three different locations across Norfolk and Waveney. Let’s bring more of us together and make a difference for mental health in your local community.

Three Locations. One cause.

Join us on Sunday 1 February as we sea dip at three stunning locations (Southwold Beach, Cromer Beach, Gorleston Beach). Wherever you are in the region, there is a chance for you to make a splash for mental health!

Make your splash count even more! The more you raise, the bigger the rewards:

• Raise £75 or more: Receive an exclusive Norfolk and Waveney Mind branded beanie, a stylish way to show off your support for local mental health.

• Raise £150 or more: you’ll receive a Norfolk and Waveney Mind Sports T-shirt or vest.

• Raise £300 or more: You’ll be entered into a draw to win an exclusive prize to celebrate your fundraisng efforts.

Every pound you raise helps fund vital local mental health services, from counselling and crisis support to community wellbeing programmes. Norfolk and Waveney Mind raises funds separately to National Mind. So, dive in, fundraise, and make a difference, the more you raise, the more you’re rewarded!
