Are you ready to dive back in? Our Sea Splash is making waves again in 2026! Let’s bring more of us together and make a difference for mental health in your local community.

Join us on Sunday 1 February as we make a splash for mental health at Cromer Beach! By taking part in Sea Splash 2026, you’ll be helping to fund vital mental health services across Norfolk and Waveney, supporting local people when they need it most.

Make your splash count even more! The more you raise, the bigger the rewards:

• Raise £75 or more: Receive an exclusive Norfolk and Waveney Mind branded beanie, a stylish way to show off your support for local mental health.

• Raise £150 or more: you’ll receive a Norfolk and Waveney Mind Sports T-shirt or vest.

• Raise £300 or more: You’ll be entered into a draw to win an exclusive prize to celebrate your fundraising efforts.

Every pound you raise helps fund vital local mental health services, from counselling and crisis support to community wellbeing programmes.
