No5 provides free, confidential, specialist mental health support, counselling and outreach for 11-25 year olds across the RG postcode area.

Since 1971, they have supported over 35,000 young people and families through longer-term 121 counselling, mental health education, Creative Expressive Wellbeing programmes, School Transition support, targeted support to prevent school exclusion, and Young Voices social action, campaigning and change-making.
