Take on the Royal Park's Half Marathon in aid of South East London Mind this October. All on closed roads and within four of London's eight Royal Parks - Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington - it's a beautiful course.

South East London Mind supports over 13,000 people a year with mental health problems and dementia across the boroughs of Bromley, Lambeth, Lewisham, Greenwich and Southwark.

Our specialist staff and volunteers are working tirelessly to provide a lifeline of help both over the phone and in person, including our information and advice services, counselling, specialist support groups and wellbeing courses.

More and more people are turning to us for support and all fundraising efforts will help ensure we can be there when it matters.
