You will take the lift all the way to the top where on the roof, you'll be harnessed up, before climbing over the edge and abseiling the 12 stories back down - you're bound to feel an adrenaline rush afterwards!

This challenge will give you arguably the best wide & far reaching views of Sheffield & all the way to the Peak district as you stand at the top of the University's Owen Building, while every penny you raise in sponsorship will help Shelter to continue to provide the fundamental support, advice and services to those facing housing crisis & homelessness.

Our abseil is available from 9:15am until 16:45pm and you'll be asked your preferred time slot when booking. This event always proves popular with children and adults alike, so be quick - you won't want to miss out!

There will be 2 ropes on the day, so why not Abseil down with a friend or family member? Perhaps, see who can safely reach the bottom first!
