Story
Shelter exists to defend the right to a safe home for all. In Norfolk alone, over 10,000 households are on waiting lists for social homes. Of which, 348 children are growing up in temporary accommodation.
At Shelter Norfolk, we provide face to face advice for people experiencing housing issues and homelessness, legal services, and campaign for better housing rights. We continue to work hard to change the system and fight for a fairer future of housing.
Join us in the fight for home by donating or taking part in our Step For Change walking series: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/cc/step-for-change-series-2831679
Walking is a fantastic way to boost our physical and mental health, particularly in these difficult winter months; so let's beat the blues and take in a breath of fresh air, whilst raising funds to support those impacted by the housing emergency.
