The 2018 and 2019 Big Half Marathons were a great success for Silverfit, with many members and public teams running, walking and Nordic Walking for our charity. It is the generosity of people's time, effort, sponsorship and donations that allows Silverfit to keep running its activities across 8 London Borough and provides access to physical activities and social sessions to over 1500 members.

We would love to repeat the success of the 2018 and 2019 Big Half, next year on March 1st and any donations and fundraising, big or small, really do make a difference to the health and wellbeing of all our members
