Getting involved couldnt be simpler, and everyone is invited to take part! All you need to do is take on 5k, donate or fundraise and nominate others to do the same.
Take on your challenge however and wherever you like in May.
Like many charities, our fundraising activities over the last year have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. By taking part in 5k May youll be raising vital funds to help us continue saving lives and teaching others to do the same.
