On Friday 12th September, supporters of South Kent Mind will be taking on a unique challenge: walking barefoot over a path of hot embers!

This event will be led by UK Firewalk, one of the UK's top firewalk organisers, with the walk itself being instructed Guinness World Record holder in firewalking, Scott Bell.

All the funds raised through this sponsored firewalk will help to support you local, independent mental health charity.

Your support will ensure that no one in the South Kent area will face their mental health challenges alone.
