On Friday 12th September, I will be taking on a new challenge to me: walking barefoot over a path of hot embers!

All the funds raised through this sponsored firewalk will go to support South Kent Mind, a local, independent mental health charity.

I've seen some of the work SKM do and I wanted to help. And if that takes walking across hot coals with others to do so, I'll take one for the team..!
