Organised by Stick 'N' StepThe Liverpool John West 10K, 5K and 1K is aimed at getting the whole family active, across the weekend of 2nd and 3rd May. Join Team Stick 'n' Step alongside some of our children who will be taking on one of their biggest challenges yet.

Visit the charity's profileAt Stick 'n' Step we support 99 children and young people with cerebral palsy who come for weekly sessions of group conductive education. We enable and inspire each individual child to reach their full potential by providing conductive education, a combination of holistic therapies enhancing their physical, social and emotional wellbeing.
Stick 'n' Step provide children with opportunities to take on challenges that may have been out of their reach beforehand, encouraging them to become more mobile, more confident and more independent.
Last year, several of our children and families took on their own individual challenges, and took part in this amazing weekend whilst raising much needed funds for Stick 'n' Step.
