My son has decided to run a 3K for Stick and step, a fantastic charity that helps children with Cerebral Palsy and their families. Every penny raised will go to great use and make such a huge difference to families effected. My son is not a runner but enjoys playing Rugby, so this is not his wheel house, however, he has been getting up before school and putting in the hard work.
