Whichever distance you choose, The BIG Sport Relief Run is your chance to move, groove and make a difference.
We’re talking fresh air, feel-good endorphins and that smug “look at me go!” feeling – all while raising money to help people get the support they need to take care of their mental health.

The BIG One – 50km – That's just 1.6km a day – definitely a challenge, but achievable even if you're new to running!
The BIG-ger One – 75km – Tough enough to keep you moving all month, but completely within reach!
The BIG-gest One – 100km –Triple digits! A serious test of endurance, but with a whole month to hit your goal, you've got plenty of time to pace yourself.
Jog round the park, sprint home from work, smash a new PB, or leg it for the bus (we’ll count it!) – however you rack up the kilometres, you’ll be part of a brilliant bunch of good sports making the world a kinder, happier place. And don’t forget – it’s our 40th birthday! So there’s never been a better excuse to pop on your jazziest leggings, rope in your mates, and run like no-one's watching!
