Summer of Support

Mummy’s Star is the only charity in the UK and Ireland dedicated to supporting people diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy or within 12 months of giving birth, as well as their families. Every penny raised helps us continue this vital work.

It costs £360 to support one mum for a full year. This August, we’re rallying our community to raise at least that amount through shared moments, sweet treats, and generous hearts.

By hosting your own Summer Star Afternoon Tea, you’ll be helping us reach that goal - one slice of cake at a time.

How to Get Involved

1. Register

Click ‘Start Fundraising above to set up your page. This ensures your donations contribute to our collective goal.

2. Host Your Afternoon Tea

Invite friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues to your home, garden, workplace, or favourite sunny spot. Enjoy good company, tasty bakes, and those feel‑good summer vibes while raising funds for families who need support.

Bonus points for sharing a little about Mummy’s Star with your guests. we have leaflets to help with this!

3. Use Our Resources

Visit our website for downloadable goodies, bunting, cake flags, banners, and more to help you decorate and spread the word.

4. Share the Love
