Walk, hop or dance 8,500 steps every day throughout December and ask for donations, or push yourself to do the equivalent 263,500 steps by Christmas Eve and really earn that Christmas Dinner.
* Walking not your thing?
Join us Friday 10th December for Christmas Jumper day and get your work colleagues, friends and family together either in person or virtually and dig out your favourite festive sweater (the uglier, the better)

Take on our Christmas quiz, and ask friends, family and colleagues to donate to take part.
Every step and every £££ raised will fund vital research and give hope to a brighter future for kidney patients.
