Story
Walk for your wellbeing this May 🌿
This May, we’re inviting you to Step into Summer - a month long walking challenge in support of North Lincolnshire Mind.
Whether you’re walking to clear your head, connecting with nature, or hitting a new fitness goal, every step you take this month helps ensure that no one in North Lincolnshire has to face a mental health problem alone.
Why May? 📅
May is National Walking Month and Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May). This year’s theme is "Action" - and there is no better way to take action for your mental health than by getting outside and moving your body.
Why It Matters💙
Every day, people in our community are facing mental health challenges.
As a independent local charity, North Lincolnshire Mind relies on support from people like you to continue providing help, advice and services to those who need it most.
Every pound raised through Steps into Summer stays right here in North Lincolnshire — helping ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
