Stepping Stones really needs your help.

Like early years settings across England, our income from government funded childcare places and fees has not covered our expenditure for very many years and we have had to self-fund this substantial shortfall through fundraising activities and by using our charity reserves. This position was never sustainable; we have now reached a point where it is entirely untenable.

Stepping Stones has served Canterbury's children and families for 55 years and we want to continue to do so for many years to come. However, our projection is that we will run out of money by next year unless there is a significant change in government policy or we can raise enough money from fundraising.
