This July, we're encouraging our amazing supporters to walk 56 miles in July 2026 in honour of the 56 bears rescued from captivity in Armenia – that’s one mile for every life saved!

Raise £100/$140/€100 and we'll send you a special Step Up For Bears bandana, for you or your dog to wear proudly or a soft toy bear.

These rescued bears were once trapped in cages, many in heart-breaking conditions. Now, thanks to FPWC and your support, they’re beginning new lives filled with care and freedom. But many more still need our help!

Whether you do the 56 miles in a day, over a week, or across the month, every mile is a step toward freedom - and a powerful tribute to every bear we've helped rescue so far.
