This Ramadan we may all be self isolating at home, only being able to leave the house for essentials such as food and exercise. We want you all to get active and raise money to help feed some of the worlds neediest people - and all in the comfort of your own home or local park! For each pound you raise, youll be providing a meal to a person in need. So the more you raise, the more people you will feed.

Your challenge is to run, walk or cycle 1km around your living room, garden, local park or street! As its Ramadan, weve kept the distance manageable for everyone and can be done by all the family. If youre feeling daring, you can step up the challenge and increase the distance, set a specific time to complete it, or walk your 1km up and down the stairs.
