Story

Join us in marking 40 years since we welcomed our first patients, remembering each and every person weve ever had the privilege of looking after and walking in tribute to them.

With the addition of our new, family-friendly routes open to girls and boys under 17, you can choose to make Midnight Walk a family affair by showing your support by walking 2.5, 5, 10 or 15 miles.

The theme of this years event is 1982, the year St Lukes began. Its also when Madonna signed her first record contract, ET hit the big screen and Prince William was born! Then and ever since, our charity has kept going the extra mile to give outstanding, compassionate care and support to local families at the toughest time of their lives. Its the continued kindness of people like you that makes this possible.

Sponsored by local company Drakes Jewellers, Midnight Walk is a fantastic opportunity for you to join forces your mates and other local ladies for night of fun, making new memories as you walk together and celebrate the lives of the special people you want to remember. Not only that, the sponsorship you raise will help us reach more families who desperately need our specialist service.

St Luke's Hospice Plymouth provides end of life care in Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. It is the generosity of the caring community and people like you who enable over 300 people and their families at any given time access to this specialist support through the toughest of times.
