Mum and I are taking part in the 15 mile Midnight Walk in memory of my Grandad who was looked after by St Luke’s last year. Not only did they provide invaluable support to Grandad, but they also supported my Grandma who was looking after him at home and also needed looking after - just in a different way.

We would like to raise as much money as possible, so other families that need their services will continue to be able to access it. We understand that money is tight; but anything that anyone can donate wouldn’t go to waste.
