As we mark the NHS 74th birthday on the 5th July, help us celebrate our real life superheroes in our Capital by running and raising sponsorship to support wellbeing initiatives and a hardship fund to ensure our Service staff and volunteers can keep being there for you.

Superhero in the City 5k

Date: 6th July 2022.

Time: 6:55pm.

Location: London(in front of the Tate Modern).

Fundraising pledge: No minimum pledge - please raise as much as you can! We suggest aiming for at least £100.

1) Sign Up Online .

2) Set up your fundraising page on JustGiving (click on the orange 'Start Fundraising' button to the right to set up your personalised fundraising page.)

3) Promote your event and fundraising through social media to your friends, family and colleagues.

4) Collect your Superhero costume from 3pm on the day of the event outside the Tate Modern.

5) Run or jog the 5k with over 1,000 other caped crusaders and receive your finishers medal!
