Romania Link gained charity status 2019, (founded in 2004) We fund raise to support the vulnerable and poor in Romania. We contribute to the running costs of an orphanage and families living in abject poverty. Our funds provide help with food and medical costs at periods of personal crisis.

Story

Romania Link are working with our partners in Romania to help raise vital funds to support Ukraine Refugees wo have managed to cross the border into Romania.

The Romanian Greek Catholic church through the Congregation of the Sisters of the Mother of God have opened their convent in Sighetu-Marmatiei, located in Northern Romania, and just 3km from the Ukrainian border, to provide safe and secure accommodation for Mothers, Children and the Elderly fleeing from the terrors of war either as a transition to other European countries or for those who wish to stay on a more permanent basis.

It costs around 15 euros a day to support a person and 60 for a family of 4

We are asking for your help in raising vital funds to help with these costs, enabling the church to continue to provide safety and support in these desperately difficult times.
