Story

Sutton Mandir – Community Centre Appeal

Namaste 🙏

We have done it. Sutton Hindu Cultural Society has successfully secured the winning auction bid for a permanent Mandir – Community Centre property near Carshalton Station.

Winning bid: £719,000

Now we must come together to complete this historic step. Through this JustGiving appeal, we are aiming to raise £100,000. This appeal supports the overall acquisition and associated completion costs of the Mandir – Community Centre project.

The final bid was higher than originally anticipated, and every contribution will help secure this Mandir for present and future generations.

For years, our community has gathered in temporary spaces. This is our opportunity to create a permanent spiritual home in Sutton. Every donation — large or small — makes a meaningful difference.

This is more than a building. It is faith. It is culture. It is legacy.

If you are able to support, now is the moment.

🙏 With unity, gratitude and hope for generations to come.
