Organised by Princess Alice HospiceSwim Serpentine is a one-day open water swimming festival staged in the heart of London. The 2019 event will take place on Saturday 21 September at Hyde Park and is organised by London Marathon Events.

It costs us £9.9 million each year to provide free, high quality specialist end of life care to tens of thousands of people with life threatening illnesses. We rely on wonderful supporters like you to help us to generate thousands of pounds through participating in events such as the Swim Serpentine.
