On Saturday 14th September, Team Shooting Star will be taking to the water as part of London’s premier open water swimming event, where they will complete 1 or 2 laps of this open air course to conquer this challenge.

With their courage and determination, they will make a difference and help us to make every moment count for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
