TAM Asset Management is proud to fundraise for The Childhood Trust, London's child poverty charity.

The cost-of-living crisis is having a devastating impact on London's most vulnerable children. They are now facing life-changing, life-limiting deep poverty rather than significant hardship. Of the 800,000 children in London living in poverty, over 40% are regularly missing meals and going hungry.

The Childhood Trust exists to provide these children with a healthy, resilient, safe, and confident childhood, so that they are well prepared for life and therefore break the vicious cycle of poverty. They achieve this via three key areas: delivering fundamental projects, running volunteering programmes, and advocating for disadvantaged children.

To help The Childhood Trust carry out their vital work, we are delighted to announce ‘TAM’s 4 for 2024’ fundraising campaign, which comprises the following events and challenges throughout the year:

1. TAM Easter Bake Sale | Tuesday 26 March | Target: £500

Our first #4for2024 event raised £751! Huge thanks to our talented TAM bakers for providing an incredible spread of delicious Easter treats, and an extra special thank you to everyone who stopped by 40 Basinghall Street to purchase one (or ten!) to support this very important cause.

2. TAM Tackles the Three Peaks | Friday 07 June | Target: £7,000

Izabela, Stephanie, Olivia G, Daniel, James, Kirsty and Olivia P will be dusting off their hiking boots to take on the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in just 24 hours!

3. The TAM CEO Skydive | September | Target: £500

Our very own CEO Lester Petch will be facing his ultimate fear of heights by jumping out of a plane at 5,000ft!

4. TAM’s Boom Battle | December | Target: £2,000

The TAM Boom Battle Charity Championship is back. Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, teams from across the financial services industry will return to the battleground and compete in a range of challenges to win the ultimate prize - the coveted TAM Boom Battle trophy!

We are really looking forward to raising much needed funds for this worthy cause and thank you sincerely for your kind support.
