Our vision is 'Inspire, Believe, Achieve' and our amazing #TeamPercyHedley runners will do just that when they take on the world's biggest half marathon in 2020 and raise thousands to change the lives of disabled children, young people and adults across the North East.

For over 65 years, Percy Hedley has been the leading expert in giving care, education and support to disabled people across the region, and with your support we will continue to transform lives in the future.

Lives like Kieran's.

Kieran has been part of the Percy Hedley family since 2003. He has cerebral palsy which affects him globally. Since joining us, we have worked closely with Kieran and his family to ensure he always has the best opportunities available. In 2017, with support of Percy Hedley, Kieran received his first Voice Output Communication Aid. This was life changing for him and his entire family.

Kieran has taken part in the Great North Run for the past two years and in 2019, with the support of his fantastic family, this amazing young man was able to 'walk' across the finish line at very impressive time of 3 hours and 14 minutes. Kieran and his family have raised thousands of pounds for Percy Hedley and are a true inspiration to us all.
