On Sunday 21st June 2026 Team PPUK will join thousands of other riders and take to the road to cycle 54 miles from Clapham Common, London to the Brighton seafront

They will do this to support families who live with PANS or PANDAS everyday. These little known conditions can devastate a family almost overnight, leaving them confused and frightened about what the future might hold. PANS PANDAS UK often becomes a lifeline for these families, helping them to understand the conditions, to find help and giving them hope for the future.

Your donations are very important to us as without them we would not be able to continue our work to increase awareness of PANS and PANDAS, and provide a support network for the families affected.
