On Sunday 21st June 2026 I will take to the road to cycle 54 miles London to the Brighton seafront as part of Team PANS PANDAS UK.

I am doing this to support families who live with PANS or PANDAS everyday. These little known conditions can devastate a family almost overnight, leaving them confused and frightened about what the future might hold. PANS PANDAS UK often becomes a lifeline for these families, helping them to understand the conditions, to find help and giving them hope for the future.
