Campaign by Story
On Saturday 12 September, team Spear will be running and walking around Clapham Common, aiming to cover as much distance as possible over the course of four hours. Doing it solo, in pairs and in teams of four, they'll be raising funds for unemployed young people to access Spear.

Over 1 million young people in the UK, aged 16-24 years old, are NEET (not in education, employment or training), and many face barriers to employment. Through the award winning Spear Programme, more than 12,000 young people so far have been equipped with the skills and mindset to thrive in work and life. More than 7 out of 10 young people that we work with get into work and are still there a year later.
