I'm joining Team Spear at the Impetus Relay on Saturday 12 September and would love your support!

I'm proud to be fundraising for Spear, which helps 16-24-year-olds overcome barriers to employment and succeed in long-term employment.

Spear's coaching approach means that trainees are equipped with the skills and mindset not just to get work, but to thrive in it. Over 70% of those who complete Spear get into work or study, and are there a year later.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated, with £5 covering travel for one young person to an interview which could change the trajectory of their life forever. £75 would cover a full cohort of 15 young people travelling to a company visit or interview.
