The #200Challenge – Move for Clean Water 💧
Every day, women and children walk a staggering 200 million miles (Drop4Drop) collectively just to collect water—water that is often dirty and unsafe. This March, we’re taking on the #200Challenge to change that.
🚰 703 million people worldwide still lack access to safe drinking water.
🚸 1.5 million children die each year from water-related diseases.
📚 443 million school days are lost annually due to waterborne illnesses.
These numbers are shocking—but together, we can make a difference.
What is the #200Challenge?
In honour of World Water Day on 22nd March, alongside our community, we’re challenging ourselves to complete a 200-themed fitness challenge every day throughout March—all while raising funds to build a life-changing freshwater well.
If you would like to get involved, please donate OR take on the challenge by picking a 200 themed fitness challenge:
🏋️ 200 squats a day
🏊 200 metres of swimming
🚶 200 minutes of walking
💥 200 press-ups
📢 Or any ‘200’ challenge of your choice!
The goal? To collectively raise £2880—enough to fund a well that will provide clean, safe water to a community in desperate need.
Why Does This Matter?
At the start of 2025, 104 wells have been built by our community, changing the daily lives of over 60,000 people—but millions more still need our help.
💧 A well doesn’t just provide clean water—it transforms lives.
🎓 It means children can go to school instead of spending hours fetching water.
💙 It gives families a chance to thrive, rather than just survive.
🌍 It builds a healthier, safer future for entire communities.
