We are dedicated to supporting children's cardiac and respiratory care in hospitals throughout London and the South East.

Based at Royal Brompton Hospital, working closely with the multidisciplinary teams, we provide specialist support and resources to seriously ill children and their families as well as collaborating with the NHS to support research projects for young people with complex heart and lung conditions.

Our teams work directly with children and their families ensuring the best possible support whilst in hospital and in the community. Alongside our wellbeing services we fund vital medical equipment, including 'life-saving' portable defibrillators for children with acute heart condition who are at risk of sudden cardiac arrest.

Many of the patients we support have complex conditions and will require frequent admissions and often long stays in hospital for surgery and on-going treatment throughout their lives - our charity works with teams in adult heart and lung care to support young patients who transition from paediatric to adult services.

We do not receive any statutory funding and relies on the kindness and generosity of our fundraisers, donors, and corporate partners. Please support our work by fundraising for us or by making a donation.
