The Last Sleepout at the Cathedral

Campaign by Booth Centre

In 2011, the Booth Centre held the first ever Manchester Sleepout, at our home in the Cathedral. 15 years on, we're heading back to the Cathedral for the final time - to roll up our sleeping bags for good.

Story

After 15 years, the Booth Centre is rolling up our sleeping bags for good.

For years, the Sleepout at Manchester Cathedral has helped raise awareness of homelessness while bringing in vital funds for the Booth Centre. Thousands of people have taken part, giving up a night's comfort in solidarity with people facing some of the toughest circumstances imaginable.

This year will be our last Sleepout at the Cathedral. While the need for the Booth Centre grows year on year, with more people across Greater Manchester experiencing homelessness, poverty and insecurity, we're looking to new ways to raise awareness, raise funds, and support our growing community.

This final Sleepout is our opportunity to celebrate everything the event has achieved and thank the incredible people who have made it such a success.
