The Young Shoots Programme is a unique and bespoke 6-month training programme build around the needs of the young person and the demands of the music and creative industries. We give them the power to decide the areas they wish to progress into. They take ownership, it's not about us. This is why it works.

Each young person on the programme will be trained in key areas to support their long-term industry careers. Across the 6-month period, they will be trained in Digital + Content Production, Music Management, Administration, Marketing & PR.

100% of our Shoots go into permanent work, higher education or start their own businesses after leaving us. Over the past 18 month, we have had Shoots move on to PRS for Music, Sony Music 4th Floor Creative, Kobalt, Tape Management, Paradigm Agency, Pirate Studios, Cooking Vinyl and more.
