The Young Shoots Programme is an innovative scheme that supports disadvantaged young people gaining opportunities and employment in the creative industries.The programmes sees young people deliver creative projects that support emerging artists and creators. They come up with the ideas, they work to a budget, they create the artwork, the promotional plans, they deliver the event and the production. These skills are completely transferrable and prepare these talented young people for long-term, stable careers.
