This December, pop on your favourite festive headwear, make a donation, and encourage your friends, family, school or workplace to join in. Whether it's a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, an elf hat or something you've made yourself, it doesn't matter. Every festive head helps fund life-changing care and research.

Taking part is easy:

1. Pick a day in December to wear your festive headgear

2. Set up and share your fundraising page

3. Invite family, friends and colleagues to join in with their own festive headgear

4. Donate £2–£5 per person

5. On the day, wear your headgear with pride and take lots of photos!
