This year, in partnership with Appetite, 55 hospitality professionals will be running 5km or 15km in the mud to raise funds for Only a Pavement Away. The charity connects forward thinking hospitality employers with charity and referral partners to enable & upskill individuals into work, supporting people at risk of homelessness & anyone facing barriers to employment outside of their control.

Only A Pavement Away offers financial grants and learning and development programmes to upskill individuals and break barriers that currently exist when it comes to getting a job. Additionally, ongoing support is provided once members are in employment to ensure long lasting stability & wellbeing.
