Our mission is to increase social mobility by helping young people from underserved communities discover what they are amazing at, develop valuable new employment skills and take their first step into the world of work.

Story

The Talent Foundry aims to increase social mobility by helping young people from underserved backgrounds discover what they are amazing at, develop valuable new employment skills and take that first step into the world of work.

We do this because in the UK, parental income remains the single strongest indicator of educational attainment.

Your support will be helping us to level the playing field of opportunity so every young person can achieve their full potential, regardless of their socio-economic background.

We believe that everyone has something they are amazing at, they just need to discover what it is and your donation will help them do that.

Working with schools, corporate partners and public sector organisations we deliver facilitated workshops and insight events to help young people build their employability skills and confidence.

"The workshop with The Talent Foundry was truly engaging and allowed young people like myself to be able to learn how to approach opportunities which we may have otherwise thought of to be unavailable.” - Student

"We’re proud to continue our support for The Talent Foundry with this new bike ride challenge to raise funds to provide support pathways and encouragement to young people from underserved backgrounds. Their bike rides are a lot of fun and so well planned; everything is taken care of, and the networking quickly develops into strong comradery - all you have to do is peddle!" - Sean Bradley, Morgan Sindall Construction - London & Home Counties

"We’re thrilled to be supporting the first of The Talent Foundry’s 1-day UK based cycle challenge and continuing our long term support of the important work they do within the communities we serve. It’s a great opportunity to come together with likeminded people in aid of a great cause." - Dave Wood, Framework Director, Morgan Sindall Construction
