The Talent Foundry works with those from underserved communities to help them discover their talents, build essential employability skills, and take confident steps into the world of work.

Why it matters:

In the UK, parental income remains the strongest indicator of a child’s educational outcomes. The Talent Foundry is working hard to change that.
