We are delighted to announce the 2024 edition of the TUF Cycle Challenge. Following successful cycle rides Costa in Rica, India and Slovenia,TUF will once again be leading a cycle challenge to Sri Lanka. You'll leave London's Heathrow airport on 28 November, flying with the group to Negombo, where you will be fitted for and collect your cycle. Then the adventure starts, cycling off the beaten track through on the west coast, passing rubber plantations, rice paddy fields with water buffaloes, and through villages. After climbing into the central hills, you will pass through tea plantations and spice plantations, before descending to the beautiful beach at Trincomalee.

The registration fee is £349, and you will need to raise £4,500 for TUF, raising funds to support our research and grants programme.

TUF is the only UK charity that supports all urology diseases and conditions. We depend on voluntary support, so every penny raised will lead to improved understanding of urology and in turn improved outcomes for urology patients.
