Story

UK Casualty Market Takes on the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge for the National Autistic Society

Our Journey Begins

At UK Casualty Market, we believe in giving back to the community and making a difference where it matters most. This year, our team will embark on the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge to raise funds and awareness for the National Autistic Society. The challenge entails conquering the three highest peaks in Yorkshire—Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough—all within 12 hours.

Why We Chose the National Autistic Society

The National Autistic Society is dedicated to transforming lives, challenging perceptions, and building a society that works for autistic people. They provide vital support, guidance, and practical resources for individuals with autism and their families. By supporting this cause, we aim to contribute to their mission and help make a positive impact on countless lives.

The Challenge

The Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge is not for the faint-hearted. It requires physical endurance, mental toughness, and an unwavering spirit. Our team has been training diligently, preparing for the grueling 24-mile trek with a cumulative ascent of 5,200 feet.

The Day of the Challenge

The day will begin at dawn, with our team setting off on the first peak, Pen-y-ghent. Spirits will be high as we navigate rocky terrains and steep climbs. Despite the physical strain, the thought of the difference we are making will keep us motivated.

Overcoming Obstacles

The weather can be unpredictable, with sudden showers and gusty winds adding to the difficulty. Yet, the support from our donors and the stories of those benefitting from the National Autistic Society will fuel our determination.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Our journey doesn’t end here. You can still support our cause by making a donation here. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps create a brighter future for individuals with autism and their families.

A Heartfelt Thank You

We extend our deepest gratitude to all our supporters and donors. Your belief in our mission and your generous contributions will make this challenge a success. Together, we are making a difference.
