UK Casualty Market will participate in the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge to raise funds and awareness for the National Autistic Society. On Friday 27th September 2024

Story

OK so it doesn't quite have the same ring to it as The Proclaimers - but I wonder if they actually did it - or were they just wee boasters! Plus our walk is for such a great cause - not just to see your Mrs!!!

In September 2024 the UK Casualty Market will participate in the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge to raise funds and awareness for the National Autistic Society.

The challenge will involve hiking the three highest peaks in Yorkshire—Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough—within 12 hours. As many of you will know I HATE walking - uber, bike, ski, slide, canoe, rappel, tube, bus, toboggan, rubber-ring are all acceptable - just anything but walking - and this one has hills!!!!

It is our hope that this challenge will not only raise some much needed funds to support individuals and their familites but also help shine a light on the amazing work that the legends at The NAS are doing.

Dig deep everyone and I promise I won't send you any pictures of my feet - before or after. Anyone who doesn't I will send an A3 printout*.

Cheers

Steve :)

*No printouts will be issued - to anyone!
