East Anglian Air Ambulance are excited to announce that Only The Brave will be going virtual for the first time ever with The 6/10 Mission! For the whole month of May, take on a challenge based on the numbers 6 and/or 10 in honour of the traditional Only The Brave route distances. You'll even receive a FREE Only The Brave t-shirt just for signing up!

Choose your own challenge or take on some of our suggestions below!

- Run or walk a total distance of 60 miles in May

- Run or walk 6km or 10km every day in May

- Get a team of 6 friends and cycle 1000 miles as a virtual team

- Complete 6,000 or 10,000 steps every day in May

- Complete 60 or 100 laps of your local park throughout May

- Complete a distance of your choice on any date that is a multiple of 6 or 10 in May (6th, 10th, 12th, 18th, 20th, 24th, 30th)

- Complete 60 or 100 squats every day in May

- Complete 60 or 100 hours of an activity in May

- Complete a challenge at 6am, 10am, 6pm and 10pm every day in May

This virtual challenge will take place instead of our usual event in Elveden. Due to the ongoing pandemic, East Anglian Air Ambulance has made the difficult decision to postpone Only The Brave until 2022 to ensure all participants can experience the full, high-quality event without compromise. Were sad to not bring the in-person event to you but we know you'll do us proud with this challenge!
