East Anglian Air Ambulance exists to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors to places I was offered the opportunity to take part in this year’s virtual only the brave challenge, anything to do with 6 or 10 so 10,000 steps every day in May and 60 miles on my bike during the month of May. 

With my balance and hearing issues both the above will be a challenge.
