All funds raised this year will support the Diabetes Center in CHI at Crumlin and will help fund the cost of many projects, such as; a Fulltime Diabetes Nurse Specialist , a Data manager , vital medical equipment for the centre, Summer Camps for both patients and their families , a Porta cabin , many Educational seminars for parents of newly diagnosed children and so much more.The funds raised are supporting a number of projects including a fulltime diabetes nurse specialist; a Data Manager; medical equipment and more than doubling the size of the Centre to cope with the growth in numbers of patients including a current commitment to installing a new patient waiting area.
