Right now, many people in Somerset are struggling with their mental health. Our services — from crisis support and counselling to peer groups and community outreach — are a lifeline for thousands of local people.

🐕 How the Challenge Works
It’s simple to get involved:
Sign up for £10 and receive a Mind in Somerset dog bandana and digital welcome pack
Set your walking goal — whether it’s 50 miles, daily walks, or a distance of your choice
Fundraise throughout May to support local mental health services
Walk solo, with friends, with family, or with your dog
Many of our participants will be walking with their four‑legged friends and taking part in our fun competitions, including Cutest Pup, Waggiest Tail, and Most Money Raised.
